RETURN POLICY:

  • All items have a 30 day return policy.

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at jarheaddiagnostics@gmail.com. We will work with you for getting the item returned.

  • All items will have a 25% restocking fee. (Unless stated differently during return process)

  • Buyer will pay for return shipping.

  • All items that are on sale or clearance will not be eligible for returns.

  • Refund amount WILL NOT include shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, all shipping charges will be deducted from returned amount.

  • All returns most be in UNUSED condition in original packaging.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  • All orders canceled while still with in the approved lead time, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. (Unless stated differently during the cancellation process)

  • All orders canceled that are out side of the approved lead time will not have a restocking fee.

  • During every order, all Jarhead branded equipment has a lead time that you must agree to before adding the item to your shopping cart. Failure to read this, or not wanting to wait does not constitute order cancellation with out the restocking fee.

WARRANTY-

  • All Jarhead Diagnostics branded equipment will come with a 1 year manufacture defect warranty.

  • Warranty is only applicable to manufacture defect, and not misuse/abuse.

  • All warranty items MUST be returned.

  • Depending on product, we may send a replacement to you, or request your item be sent back for repair.

  • All warranty shipping will be covered via Jarhead Diagnostics during the first 1 year period.

  • Please email us at customerservice@jarheaddiag.com for any warranty issues.

  • For all other equipment, warranty policy will be based off of that manufactures specifications.

FULFILMENT-

  • All orders are processed in the order they were received.

  • We have a current lead time of 4-6 weeks on most Jarhead Diagnostics products.

  • We currently ship all orders via USPS.

  • If you wish to use a different carrier, please contact us PRIOR to order fulfillment.

DAMAGE/LOST DURING SHIPPING-

  • All though we strive to offer the highest quality of products and care. Sometimes mishaps happen during shipping.

  • If an item is lost during shipping, please contact us and we will assist in guiding you through this process.

  • If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will assist in guiding you through this process.

  • Depending on the products, we may send replacements for damaged items. This will depend on how the shippers insurance wants us to proceed.

  • No replacement of lost products will be shipped until the shipping company has completed its investigation.

REPAIRS OUT SIDE OF WARRANTY PERIOD-

  • We off repairs for all products out side of warranty period.

    • Unless the item is unrepairable

  • The repairs and shipping cost are to be paid by the customer.

  • Repair turn around time will depend on the product being repaired.

  • If the product is a discontinued product/style, repairs will only be performed if parts are available.
