The Jarhead Diagnostics VA (Volume Analyzer) is a very versatile diagnostic piece of equipment that anyone with an oscilloscope should have in their possession. Our VA is a proprietary design to give you a clean and crisp wave form while performing low psi testing. With this tool in your diagnostic arsenal, you will be able to efficiently and effectively diagnose a multitude of issues with very minimal actual teardown. Some of the different items you can check with this would be: intake or exhaust valve movement/leakage, leaking head gaskets, leaking piston rings, faulty fuel injectors (particularly ones with vacuum style regulators), noisy wheel bearings, pulleys, suspension components, and the list goes on. Each VA comes with a holder so you can suspend the sensor in the air, 1/4” barbed fitting, 3/8” barbed fitting, and a foster 2 fitting. The VA is also available in both BNC and banana fittings.

Our Volume Analyzer is for lower psi testing applications. Maximum working pressure should be no more than 30psi. Also the VA is not designed for any liquid testing at this time.
